The contract makes no guarantees related to the the health of the enslaved Caterina who is described as "pro tale qualis est" and inflicted by an infirmity called "la sosa", which probably means that the enslaved Caterina was seen as inherently dishonest or wicked.

  The slaveholders and brothers Oberto and Meliano Riccio, named as heirs of the deceased Battista Cicala, sell an enslaved woman named Lucia, who is approximately 35 years of age, to a notary named Bartolomeo Frevante, for 80 Genoese lire. The contract was extracted.

  The slaveholder named Giovanni Basadonna sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maria, who is approximately 25 years of age, and an enslaved Russian child named Scaramuccia, who is approximately 7 years of age, to a certain Bartolomeo Grillo.

  The slaveholder named Agostino Salvago sells an enslaved woman named Marcorina, who is approximately 35 years of age, to the abbot of monastery of Sant'Antonio named Benedetto Negrone for 140 Genoese lire. Half of the payment (70 Genoese lire) was made in income from shares in the Casa di San Giorgio. The contract was extracted.

  The slaveholder named Antonio Campofregoso sells an enslaved Russian woman named Margarita, who is approximately 18 years of age, to a person from Barcelona named Juan Llull, for 215 Genoese lire. Juan is represented in the transaction by a merchant from Barcelona named Bernardo Dala, who serves as his procurator.

  The slaveholder named Paolo Battista Lercari sells an enslaved Tatar child named Giacobino, who is approximately12 years of age, to a merchant from Catalonia named Bernardo Dala, from Catalonia, for 100 Genoese lire.

  The slaveholder named Antonio Grillo sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maddalena, who is approximately 31 years of age, to the merchant named Niccolò de Guizo, for 131 Genoese lire. The enslaved Maddalena is described as pregnant. If she dies during childbirth then the seller agrees to return to cost of purchase. The seller Antonio Grillo is represented in the contract by the nobleman Antonio Pinelli who acts as his procurator.

  The slaveholder named Dorino de Vernacia sells an enslaved Russian child named Caterina, who is approximately 13 years of age, to the silk merchants Paolo and Giorgio Carpenino, for 180 Genoese lire in income from shares of Casa di San Giorgio for the year 1455. The buyers Paolo and Giorgio had the option to return the enslaved Caterina within four months should she be suffering from any ailments or succumb to the vices of drunkenness, theft, or prostitution.

  The slaveholder and cutler named Michele de Plano sells an enslaved child named Maddalena, who is approximately 14 years of age, to a notary named Giovanni de Clavaro, for 158 Genoese lire.

  The slaveholder named Enrico de Podio sells an enslaved Bulgarian child named Maddalena, who is approximately 15 years of age, to a certain Pancrazio Falamonica, for 160 Genoese lire. He also sells another enslaved Bulgarian woman named Maria, who is approximately 18 years of age, to the same Pancrazio, for 175 Genoese lire.

  The slaveholder and silk merchant named Costantino Riccio sells an enslaved Circassian woman named Margarita, who is approximately 29 years of age, to a mercer named Benedetto Boggiolo, for 125 Genoese lire. The contract notes that the enslaved Margarita is suffering from poor hearing and birth pangs. The payment is made as 120 Genoese lire of account currency and 5 lire of cutlery from Benedetto.

  The slaveholder from the commune of Chiavari named Girolamo de Vico sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maddalena, who is approximately 28 years of age, to a certain Gaspare Lercari, for 158 Genoese lire. The contract notes that the enslaved Maddalena had been the legal property of the deceased Corrado de Vico, the father of Girolamo. The contract also notes that the enslaved Maddalena is sold with all of her clothes which are currently in the city of Genoa.

  The slaveholder named Enrico de Podio sells an enslaved Mingrelian child named Lucia, who is approximately 13 years of age, to a certain Oberto Doria, for 170 Genoese lire, to be paid in income from shares (in paghe) of Casa di San Giorgio.

  The slaveholder named Pietro Stagno sells an enslaved Russian child named Marta, who is approximately 17 years of age, to a leather worker named Corrado de Campis, for 140 Genoese lire. The payment is made with goods valued at 70 Genoese lire and Corrado promises to pay the remaining 70 Genoese lire within three months.

  This contract relates to the sale of an enslaved woman, who is approximately 24 years of age, for 157 lire and 10 soldi in Genoese currency.
