    The slaveholder named Adamo Berchoano sells an enslaved Tatar child named Margarita, who is approximately 10 years of age, to a cloth merchant named Matteo de Rubeo, for 110 Genoese lire.

    The slaveholder and fish merchant named Antonio de Pastino sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maddalena, who is approximately 18 years of age, to a priest named Luciano de Massa for 150 Genoese lire. The contract contains a condition that the seller makes no claims regarding the health of the enslaved Maddalena. It also notes that Maddalena comes with her own clothes (cum vestibus suis tales quales sunt). The contract also states that Luciano will pay 40 Genoese lire at the time of sale and an additional 105 Genoese lire by the end of August 1429. The enslaved Maddalena agrees to serve in the household of Antonio for this subsequent year before her transfer into the household of Luciano.

    The slaveholder named Cristoforo de Murta sells an enslaved Russian child named Maria, who is approximately 14 years of age, to a certain Benedetto de Monterubeo for 120 Genoese lire.
  • Battista Parisola, filza 4, nr. 382
    The slaveholder and barber named Bartolomeo Corso sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maria, who is approximately 28 years of age, to a coat-maker named Matteo de Lerma for 165 Genoese lire. The contract states that the enslaved Maria cannot subsequently be sold ouside the city of Genoa without the permission of Bartolomeo. If Bartholomeo refuses permission for Matteo to subsequently sell Maria, he is obliged to repurchase her at the original sale price, minus six lire per year for each year she is held by Matteo. The contract also mentions that Maria is sold with all of her clothes, which are valued at 30 Genoese lire.

    The slaveholder named Girolamo de Porta sells an enslaved Abkhazan woman named Maria, who is approximately 30 years of age, to Baldassare Giustiniani for 222 lire and 10 soldi of Genoese currency. The contract notes that the enslaved Maria comes with all of her clothing. The means of payment involves three steps. First, a 149 lire promissory note from Baldasarre to the wool merchant Paolo de Albino. Second, a promissory note valued at 49 lire to Giovanni de Guirardis, and third a payment of 10 gold ducats, equivalent to 27.5 lire. The use of promissory notes to third parties suggests that the enslaved Maria was sold by Girolamo specifically to cover debts. Futhermore, Baldasarre has the option to return Maria to Girolamo within one year, in which case Girolamo must refund the full purchase price. If Baldassare decides to keep Maria after two years, Girolamo then has the right to buy her back at the original purchase price.

    The slaveholder from Catalonia named Lluís Dala sells an enslaved baptized Muslim woman named Anna, who is approximately 25 years of age, to a certain Giuseppe de Chiappella, for 100 Genoses lire. The buyer waives all claims with regards to the health of the enslaved Anna, who is described as "talis qualis est."

    The slaveholder and corsair named Battista Aicardo, from the commune of Portomaurizio, sells an enslaved Russian woman named Catalina, who is approximately 35 years of age, along with her daughter Melica, who is approximately 5 years of age, to a silk dyer named Battista de Monteacuto for 135 Genoese lire. The payment is made in a combination of real coinage and money of account, although the contract does not specify the amounts of these.
