Oberto was absent during the transaction and was represented by the enacting notary Branca Bagnara. The brothers have the right to return Maria within one year if they discover she is prone to drunkenness or theft. The contract was extracted. -

The slaveholder and oar-maker named Bartolomeo de Corexio sells an enslaved Abkhazan woman named Margarita, who is approximately 22 years of age, to a certain Gaspare Gentile, for 118 lire. Bartolomeo is attested as being the age of majority by his father Pietro who is present during the transaction. Gaspare is purchasing the enslaved Margarita on behalf of another person, but the contract is unclear about who that might me. -

The slaveholder named Violante Calcine sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maddalena, who is approximately 30 years of age, to a merchant from Mallorca named Guillermo de Puris, for 110 Genoese lire. Violante is absent during the transaction and is represented by a certain Miguel de Rosens who serves as her procurator. The sale allows the buyer to return the enslaved Maddalena within 24 hours should she be discovered as suffering from any infirmity. -

The slaveholder and notary named Tommaso de Levanto sells an enslaved Circassian woman named Margarita, who is approximately 20 years of age, to a merchant from Iberia named Pedro Indoya, for 130 Genoese lire. Pedro was absent during the transaction and represented by a merchant from Barcelona named Jaime Ferrerio, who served as his procurator. The contract was extracted. -

An enslaved Russian woman named Marta, who is approximately 24 years of age, is sold to a merchant from A Coruña named Bartoletto de Crugnono, for 90 Genoese lire. The enslaved Marta had been held a certain Pellegro Carmandino who had purchased her on behalf of the commune of Genoa. Antonio Lercari serves as the procurator for the commune in the sale. -

The slaveholder named Battista Presenda sells an enslaved Russian woman named Anastasia, who is approximately 34 years of age, to a merchant from Catania named Giovanni de Aricia, for 64 "mine" of Sicilian wheat. The contract mentions that the enslaved Anastasia had been consigned to Giovanni about three months earlier. The contract was extracted. -

The slaveholder and wool merchant from Montefegatesi named Antonio Iocho sells an enslaved Russian woman named Maddalena, who is approximately 20 years of age, to a certain Gaspare Gentile. for 120 Genoese lire. The contract contains the condition that the enslaved Maddalena is not to be held in the city of Genoa, and if she is found in Genoa, that she will revert to the property of Antonio. However, if Maddalena should be freed by Gaspare, she would be allowed to reside in Genoa. -

The slaveholder named Lorenzo Dentuto sells an enslaved Abkhazan woman named Lucia, who is approximately 20 years of age, to a certain Teodora Montaldo, for 135 lire, 16 soldi, and 8 denari of Genoese currency. The purchse was made by a Niccolò Giustiniani, the son of Teodora, who served as her representative in the transaction. The contract was extracted.
