Alerame Pallavicini was a Genoese merchant and slaveholder active in the second half of the fifteenth century and the early decades of the sixteenth century. In 1460 he was admitted, along with several branches of the Pallavicini family, into the Gentile albergo and assumed the name Alerame Gentile. In 1487 he left the Gentile albergo and re-assumed the Pallavicini surname.
