- The slaveholder named Giovanni Cattaneo manumits an enslaved Tatar woman named Marta, who is approximately 35 years of age. Marta agrees to serve Giovanni and his family in their home for the next four years, without salary, but she will be provided with food and clothing, as a condition and compensation for manumission. Giovanni retains the right of patronage. Giovanni makes the manumission in his role of exectuor of the testament of his father Borruele which was enacted by the notary Branca Bagnara. The contract was extracted.
