has description
The testament of Gaspare Rebuffo. Elisabetta Rebuffo, the sister of Gaspare, is named as the execector and heir. There are numerous beneficiaries. The Ospedale di San Bernardo de Scario receives five Genoese soldi. Portions of a house, land, and possessions in Granarolo are bequeathed to Giovanni and Agostino Rebuffo (the brothers of Gaspare), Giuliano Rebuffo, and the brothers Francesco, Pelegro and Antonio Rebuffo (the sons of Stefano Rebuffo), and divided into thirds according to their respective rights. Financial obligations owed to Stephano Rebuffo and subsequently by his sons, Francesco Pelegro and Antonio, are directed to be shared equally among these sons. Gaspare also leaves 20 Genoese lire annually for the sustenance and governance of his mother Luchina Leardo, to be paid by his sister and main heir, Elisabetta. This provision is contingent upon her husband Cosmo Leardo passing away before Luchina and is aimed at supporting her after her husband's death.
