The slaveholder named Limbania de Guisulfis sells an enslaved woman named Marta, who is approximately 34 years of age, to a man from Pavia named Gregorio de Bozzolo, for 125 Genoese lire paid in income from shares of the Casa di San Giorgio. The seller waives any guarantee regarding the health of the enslaved Marta. Gregorio is represented in the contract by a certain Damino Avondo and the enacting notary Andrea de Cairo. The contract also notes that the sale is made by Limbania with the intercession of Giacomo Imperiale, the archbishop of Genoa, and a certain Giovanni de Cruxilia, who acts as guarantors for Limbania.
