- The slaveholder and notary named Bernardo de Ferrari sells an enslaved Abkhazan child named Maria, who is approximately 13 years of age, to a blacksmith named Battista Recrosio for 115 Genoese lire. The contract notes that the enslaved Maria has the condition of scabies and that Battista will arrange for her treatment from the physician named Giovanni de Vultabio, and if she is unable to be cured, then Bernardo is obligated to take her back and return the payment to Battista, and that the returned payment will be made by the notary Cristoforo de Ponte.
