- The slaveholder named Francesco sells an enslaved Abkhazan child named Lucia, who is approximately 15 years of age, to a merchant from Barcelona named Bernardino Lorencio, for 160 Genoese lire. If anytime after the sale Lucia should be discovered within the city of Genoa or its immediate districts, then she is automatically freed and Francesco is not obliged to return any portion of the sale price to Bernardino. There is damage to the part of the contract that records the surname of the seller.
