- The slaveholder named Brancaleone Doria sells an enslaved Hungarian woman named Maria, who is approximately 35 years of age, to a commercial agent named Tommaso Frugone for 50 Genoese lire. Maria is to be freed after seven years of service. The contract also mentions that Maria also comes with her own clothing and that she is pregnant at the time of sale, and that if she should pass away as a result of her pregnancy, then the sale would be cancelled and the monetary payment returned.
