Niccolò Pallavicini was a Genoese banker and slaveholder active in the second half of the fifteenth century and the early sixteenth century. He was admitted, along with several branches of his family, into the Gentile albergo in 1460 and assumed their surname. He left the Gentile albergo in 1487, along with the other Pallavicini, and afterwards reassumed the Pallavicini surname.
