- The slaveholder and blacksmith named Girolamo de Rapallo leases out an enslaved Russian named Maria to another blacksmith named Antonio de Sementia, for a term of 3 years and total payment of 20 Genoese lire. She is leased for the purpose of wet nursing and under certain conditions. That is, the sum should be paid out in annual installments; Antonio wanted to ensure that Maria was able to nurse his son in her third year. In return, he sent an enslaved woman named Caterina to the house of Girolamo, which cost 11 lire per year, with the 20 lire total payment made by Antonio reflecting the receipt of this 11 lire yearly payment from Girolamo.
