Bernardo is represented in the transaction by his wife Argenta Pallavicino, who serves as his procurator. Cristoforo Spinola is absent during the transaction and is represented by the enacting notary Niccolò Raggio. The contract states that the term of the lease had already started on 8 February 1497.
