- The slaveholder named Ottobone Lomellini leases out an enslaved Bosnian woman named Maria, who is approximately 30 years of age, to a silk merchant named Girolamo de Canalis, for a term of 12 years at a total cost of 150 Genoese lire. She was manumitted by Ottobone later on the same day and so this contract represents a form of redemption by Maria for the manumission. The contract also mentions that the enslaved Maria is leased with the clothes that she has on her person.
