- The slaveholder named Margaritta de Marco leases out an enslaved Tatar woman named Lucia, who is approximately 30 years of age, to a silk merchant named Giovanni de Sancto Salvatore, for the purposes of being a wet nurse, for a term of one year at a total cost of 20 Genoese lire. The contract contains an option to extend the lease for another year. Margaritta is represented in the contract by her son Egidio Sacherio who serves as her procurator.
