- The slaveholder and tailor named Agostino de Cazerio purchases insurance against the risk of death from childbirth from the underwriters Giovanni de Marini and Leonardo di Negro for an enslaved Circassian woman named Lucia, who is approximately 22 years of age and three months pregnant, for coverage of 200 Genoese lire. The contract has a term of eight months. Agostino is not present at the enactment of the contract and is represented by the enacting notary Tommaso Duracino.
