- The slaveholder named Cristoforo de Via leases out an enslaved Albanian woman named Maria, who is approximately 30 years of age, to a notary named Bartolomeo Foglietta, for a term of eight years and a total payment of 45 Genoese lire. This contract is a sub-lease. The enslaved Maria had already been leased by a certain Niccolò de Palodio to Pietro de Via for a ten year term, but Pietro died two years into the lease. Cristoforo de Via was named as the executor for the goods of the deceased Pietro.
