Jean Lemeingre, the marshall Boucicault, governor of Genoa, along with a quorum of the officium antianorum, grant various privileges to Giuliano Panizario, his secretary and the chancellor of the city of Genoa. In particular, he is allowed to import and export goods up to a value of 2000 gold florins per annum, free from tolls, duties, entry taxes, and other charges. This privilege is granted in recognition of his service to the French crown and the Genoese republic, and on account of him having to provide for fifteen children (all of whom are listed in the document). The declaration also mentions that Simone Marabotto was granted a similar privilege and that the sister of Giuliano, a certain Nicolosia Panizario, is dependent upon him.
