The slaveholders and married couple Domenico Fatinante and Teodora de Ughetto manumit an enslaved Tatar woman named Elena, who is approximately 55 years of age. The enslaved Elena agrees to work as a servant to a certain Giacomo (the contract is damaged here and the surname is unreadable) for a term of four years as a condition of the manumission. Elena is absent during the enactment and is represented by the enacting notary Antonio de Facio. Domenico and Teodora retain the right of patronage.
