- The slaveholders named Carlo Spinola, his mother Agenta Cattaneo, and his brothers Giacomo, Angelo, Leonardo, and Gaspare Spinola manumit an enslaved woman named Maddalena. The enslaved Maddalena had been manumitted in a contract enacted on 8 May 1430 by Lombardo de Sancto Stephano (now lost) with an obligation of to serve Argenta and her sons for a term of two years. This current manumission remits and cancels the two-year service obligation with the Spinola family retaining the right of patronage. The contract was extracted.
