Giorgio was an enslaved Tatar man and servant who was active in the eastern Mediterranean during the middle of the fifteenth century. He was held by the slaveholder Benedetto Salvago (son of Evangelista) and was sold after his death in a public auction by the testamentary trustees of the deceased Benedetto to another Benedetto Salvago (son of Borruele) for whom he worked as a servant. Giorgio was manumitted in Chios in the autumn of 1456.
