<p>Girolamo Pipo was a butcher and citizen of Genoa who was active during the first half of the fifteenth century. He served in the civic administration during the 1440s and early 1450s. In 1443 he served as an elector in connection with the compera, and in 1444 he again acted as an elector while also holding a seat on the Genoese council. He was elected an <em>anziano </em>in 1445, placing him among the senior magistrates of the commune. In the same year, he was appointed as an arbitrator in a dispute between the nobles and the popolari. He is mentioned again in 1447 and served as a councillor in 1448. In 1450 and 1451 he held office in an unspecified magistracy, and in 1451 he once more appears as a councillor. His subscription is also recorded in an authenticated register, further attesting to his participation in Genoese public administration.</p>
Girolamo Senarega was a slaveholder, notary, and citizen of Genoa who was active in the eastern Mediterranean in the second half of the fifteenth century.
