Raffaele Centurione was a slaveholder and citizen of Genoa who was active during the second half of the fifteenth century and the very early sixteenth century.
Raffaele Centurione was a Genoese merchant active during the early fifteenth century. He was admitted into the Visconte family by the Milanese duke Filippo Maria Visconti in 1426 and assumed their surname afterwards. He was sentenced to death in 1439.
