The slaveholders and brothers named Golestano and Anfreone Pinelli manumit an enslaved Tatar woman named Margarita, who is approximately 30 years of age. The enslaved Margarita had been held by the deceased Nicolosia Pinelli, the sister of Golestano and Anfreone, who mandated her manumission as part of her testament. The brothers are beneficiares of the estate of Nicolosia and are following out the testamentary bequest. Anfreone is represented in the contract by Golestano who serves as his procurator. Margarita is also absent during the enactment and is represented by the enacting notary Andreolo Caito.
