Niccolò renounces the right of patronage. The enslaved Lucia is absent during the manumission and is represented by the enacting notary Piero de Roncionibus. An undated addendum to the contract notes that Lucia eventually served in the household of Sandra de Orlandis, the daughter of Niccolò, until her death.
